Plot Summary

The film is dedicated to Stephen Small — impostor posing as Russian Emperor Peter III. Becoming the king of Montenegro, Stefan Small successfully fought against Turkish and Venetian expansion, held a series of reforms, advocated the abolition of the blood feud and fratricidal struggle.
