Did You Know?

The film begins with a short tour to Kiev from the window of the bus "Kyiv — Yalta". The route passes through the downtown, the camera lingers on the Proreznaya street, the hotel Ukraine on Independence Square, the streets with flowering chestnut trees, the Dnieper embankment, past the construction of the new neighborhood Park. Pushkin (in the frame of strolling mothers with baby strollers in the background of the monument to Alexander Pushkin).

At the time of filming Nadezhda Rumyantseva, who plays 17-year-old girl, was already 32 years old.

The name of the main character Dobryyvecher, perhaps taken from the Ukrainian boxer 20 years, it recalled the actor Boris Sichkin in the book "I am from Odessa! Hello!": "I never missed Boxing competitions. There was a boxer by the name Good Evening. When they announced his name, hall laughed when he said "Hello". A Good Evening was extraordinary stand, hands down, no protection, all is open, danced around the ring, maneuvered, and it was hard to get into. Defended well and counterattacked well. Worked well. All he knew and loved as a fighter."

The driver of kinotrailer that created accidents on the route, in response to a comment by Lyudmila Dobryyvecher retorted: "Every dandy even specify will be."

Since the main action takes place near the gas station, the film has always featured a lot of cars of 50-60s of the Characters Warbler and the Bear go on the experimental machines: the bus LAZ-Ukraine-1 (1961) and BelAZ-540 (1962), and in the episode with the aliens there is a real Cadillac Series 62.

The episode with the bees was filmed in the Central square of the city White Church. In September of 2010 in honor of this event on the building in front of which shooting was conducted, was a memorial plaque with the image of the performer starring — Hope Rumyantseva.

In the film there is one fundamental discrepancy is the fact that in the USSR the drivers ran the car companies, not for "real" money, but for the stamps, which were issued in the company. Therefore, the episode with the driver BelAZ, who forgot to pay for petrol, was impossible. Besides, at that time, there were separate stations: for individuals and for car companies. In the film, at the gas station and refuel them. If we assume that the gas station from the movie was for businesses, the Panas Petrovich and Lyudmila Dobryyvecher sold petrol left.
