Poet and Professor Robert Bodice disclaims all other Sciences, except humanitarian. He is the idealist whose voice crying in the academic wilderness as a nuclear laboratory and computer clutter closing in and threaten to crush his Kingdom arts and writing. Complications arise when his eight year old son Erasmus loses an ear for music, and then ceases to distinguish colour, but shows a brilliant mind for math and science that promises him a great future.
