The film is dedicated to the national liberation struggle of the population of the Portuguese colony of Goa for its independence and reunification with India. Rocky begins to take revenge on the enemy for the death of a beloved. One day, disguised in the clothes of the murdered Portuguese soldier, he enters the officer's club. Each head in the dance hall, he sees his enemy and is ready to take revenge on all. And when later people find out that rocky is the son of Arthur Gomez, they begin to look at him. Will there be a son worthy of his father's memory? Rocky met the expectations and trust of the people, it has become the way of resolute struggle against the Portuguese rulers.
