Thriller - en grym film

The original version of the film was 107 minutes, but not passed approval of the Swedish kinocentre, which banned it to show on 4 April 1973. Despite the fact that when advertising and promotion the film was named the first ever banned in Sweden, such a precedent already existed. At the dawn of cinema, in 1912, was banned by the then silent film "the Gardener".

To obtain the approval of the censors, the film was re-made and reduced to 104 minutes and then 86, but the result remained the same. Stripped down to 82 minutes, the film was made in rent and in this form was released.

Christina Lindberg had no driver's license, but she drove the car with a policeman lying on the floor and controls the levers of control.

Director Bo Arne Vibenius made the film under the pseudonym Alex Radolinski. In the contracts the actors particular paragraph stood that they do not have the right to disclose the real name of the Director.

Director Bo Arne Vibenius appears as a seller of hot dogs, Madeline pointing the way to the dock.

In preparation for the filming of a Christina Lindberg, trained in shooting a firearm outdoors and was detained by the police on the complaint of passers-by, believing that she shoots at him.

For many years has been circulating a rumor that in the scene where Madeline pierce the eye with a scalpel, was used a real corpse. In an interview in March 2006, Christina Lindberg confirmed this, saying that the scene was removed from the body of a young girl, committed suicide in a hospital in Stockholm.
