The driver Chuck, distilled from one state to another bus-trailer picks up at the curb two hitchhiker girls: carefree school slut Carol and religious fanatic Maureen. When it turns out that the main highway is blocked during the repair works, Chuck has to turn on a country road. Due to heavy rain and smoked with the girls grass it loses the orientation in the terrain, and the bus in the end is stuck in the middle of the Florida swamps.
