The kidnapped daughter of a wealthy businessman. The chief of police have a lot of pressure in this case. To find the missing girl as soon as possible, the chief shall appoint inspectors Topeka and Bruma, they must return the lost alive and unharmed. But the police do not realize that this is a fake kidnapping. The businessman has hired thugs to stage. He's going to use the ransom to pay their own debts.
