A former policeman and now private detective Walter Downturn in the nickname "Fox", gets an offer from his Austrian colleagues deal with the case of the missing daughter of a millionaire from Vienna. Investigating, the main character has to face an international gang engaged in racketeering, extortion and the organization of clandestine brothels.
