Engineer Brian, who came from San Francisco to South America for work, fell in love with the Indian girl and learned from her the whereabouts of the Golden gate, built by the ancient Incas.
But by opening the secret stranger, Ima catches a cliff. Shaken by what had happened, tormented by questions of why Ima committed suicide, Brian leaves the great treasures and decides to leave, "taking" with him only memories.
