A policeman named Mike Lazo, at the time of leaving the service, acts in a nightclub with hypnotic sessions. He performs poorly, and the club fired him. But the same evening he meets a strange man named Charles Walken, who asks him to hypnotize. Mike hypnotizes him, he remembers his past, and then it turns out that his friend was a Ripper. The Ripper, he apparently remained, and still cuts of the girls, though they were corpses in the anatomical theater. And stop it can only be Mike.
