A successful agent real estate Ben — a rather ambitious young man. He's engaged to the beautiful daughter of his boss, who offers him a kind of deal. All Ben has to do is to visit the auction for the sale of land and purchase it in his name. However, by unhappy coincidence, Ben ignores it, hitting a community center on river Street His boss enraged and disappointed in his employee and future son-in-law.
