A young policewoman Gwen is famous for its unusual ability to accurately reproduce the portraits of criminals from eyewitnesses. From Chicago it goes to a small town where she spent her childhood, to provide all possible assistance in the case of the abduction of a serial killer of seven girls.
The baby miraculously managed to escape from the killer, and she tells all remember. Drawing portrait, Gwen freezes from fear: on a piece of paper the face of her stepfather who strangled her years ago by her mother. It was believed dead.
