A poor dancer who accidentally got on tour in a provincial town, married to councillor of state. Gray provincial life soon manages to annoy a young woman, accustomed to the bright, full of sparkle and joy of life "theatrical moth". Accompanied by his comrade-in-craft dancer leaves the family home, preferring the half-starved, but a truly Bohemian life well-fed stagnation in the province.
