The young officer is losing money and a letter. The letter finds a young unemployed person. He goes to a doctor who conducts experiments on vivisection. The young man soon realizes that he has become the object of experiments. The corpse of the last patient of the mad doctor in the clothes of a young man found on the railroad. Police assigns the investigation to inspector Gordon, who exposes the crazy doctor and save the young man.
