Harold meadows is a shy, stuttering bachelor working as a tailor. He wrote a Handbook for other bashful young men, "Secret love". One day he meets a rich girl, Mary, and they fall in love. But the problem is that she is forced to marry another man. Harold tries to stop the wedding.
