The engineer, who gave false testimony to save the honor of the bride, goes to prison, and coming out of it, is on the street. Desperate to find work, he tries to commit suicide, but it saves compassionate girl, immediately fell in love with him. The girl comes from the environment, which — complacent photographer and the gang of petty criminals. The engineer is tied to these people and, becoming a mere factory worker begins to earn a living.
