The young engineer Rodolfo in the mountains killed the bride before the wedding. Trying to forget a girl and start a new life, some time later, he married long and hopelessly in love with him the girl Zosia. But the pain of loss never leaves him and Rodolfo takes out all his anger on the new wife.
